Sue Markey

Sue is working as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with the National Sepsis Team since May 2022 working with the acute hospital service in Dublin and the North East region of the Health Service Executive (HSE) in Ireland.

Sue works with a team of 7 ADONs who work in various regions across the country to improve the recognition and treatment pathways for patients in the healthcare system.

Sue previously worked in a large acute hospital in Dublin as the Deteriorating Patient and Sepsis lead contributing to almost 12 years of expertise in this area.
